Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 working days and delivery will be confirmed by way of email. Delivery will be processed via our preferred courier with a flat delivery fee of R85,00 for orders in and around Johannesburg, South Africa and R130 for all other deliveries nationally. Orders collected from Kate Sunley or orders over the value of R1000 will not be charged for delivery.
Kate Sunley uses a door to door courier service to ensure fast and direct delivery anywhere in South Africa.
For Standard Delivery, our courier service offers delivery from Monday - Friday 08:00am-17:00pm. Please note we will always try an get your order to you as soon as possible.
Johannesburg orders generally have a quicker delivery time as we dispatch from within Johannesburg. All other deliveries can take anything from 3-6 business days to be delivered (unless specified differently on the product pages). We are always available to assist where needed, so don't hesitate to get in touch.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries (including express shipping) as once the parcel has been handed over to the couriers we have no control over deliveries and times.
If you are based in Johannesburg and would prefer to personally collect your order, you are welcome to do so. Please check the 'Pick-Up' option at checkout and we will be in touch with you to collect your order at a pre-arranged time. We are based in Craighall Park, and will confirm the address after your order has been placed.
Important: if you have not received your order within the communicated time, please let us know. You have 25 days to do so. Any claim not made in writing and within the period stipulated shall be deemed to have been waived and shall lapse.
