Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation specifying the delivery details of your order as well as a tracking number provided by our preferred courier company, Fastway. We would so appreciate if you would make a note of this and arrange for someone to be home to accept your order.
In the event that no-one is at home during the delivery period, we will return your order to our office and contact you to schedule an alternate delivery time. Please note that an additional delivery charge will be applicable should this be the case.
